"hello" text

I'm Sarah Savage!

I am a maternity and newborn photographer based in Raytown, Missouri and serving the Kansas City area. My work can best be described as modern and simplistic in style. I aim to highlight mothers and newborns in a timeless manner.

My pursuit for photography began as a high school student, and has grown ever since! I have experience working with families and children from my time spent in college in early childhood development, working as a nanny, and as a portrait photographer for multiple large portrait studio companies. Through these experiences I realized my passion for growing families, and the love I have for photography could be combined, which led me to launch my business in 2013.

My methodical personality and desire to nurture others, means working with expecting mothers and their babies comes naturally for me. My attention and eye for detail aids me in capturing the exquisite beauty of mothers, babies, and growing families.

Outside of my work as a photographer, I am a wife to my husband of 12 years, and a mother to our two boys. I enjoy spending time with my family, and playing board games. In my down time you can find me in the documentary section on Netflix, or scrolling through TikTok.

My work with mothers and newborns is my continual journey, and I would love for you to be part of it!
